CommonSenseLiving Partner Terms All site applications are subject to acceptance by CommonSenseLiving and may be rejected with or without reason. You must be a U.S. resident and at least 18 years old. CommonSenseLiving does not accept sites that: Mislead others; Operate or utilize a website or email link to websites that contain or promote, any of these types of content: libelous, defamatory, obscene, abusive, violent, bigoted, hate-oriented, illegal, cracking, hacking or warez, or the offer any illegal good or service, or link to website(s) that do so; Engage in spamming, indiscriminate advertising or unsolicited commercial email; Target an audience that is non-U.S. or non-English speaking; or Consist entirely of links or banners to other sites. Spam and bulk emailing will not be tolerated. You may not make claims or guarantees in your advertising other than those made in the approved advertising provided by CommonSenseLiving. If you are not sure, please submit your ad or article for review. CommonSenseLiving may deem unacceptable based upon the foregoing, and/or on reasonable business standards as they may evolve, any website or content that you make available to visitors through email, and provide you with notice that you are in breach of this Partner Agreement. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or otherwise illegal content or activity by you on your website or in your emails, or that is perpetrated through use of CommonSenseLiving, is grounds for immediate termination of this Partner Agreement or deactivation of your account without prior notice and referral to the appropriate law enforcement agencies. CommonSenseLiving may not review all content on your website or in your subscription emails. You shall remain solely responsible for your website and subscription email content. CommonSenseLiving is, under no circumstances, responsible for the practices of any advertiser or its website(s) and/or the content that the advertiser makes available through CommonSenseLiving. You may not artificially inflate traffic to CommonSenseLiving using any program, device, robot, or script. Artificially inflating traffic is grounds for immediate termination of this Partner Agreement, or deactivation of your account without prior notice. This means no auto hits programs or guaranteed visitors programs. Payments are made monthly, generally within 30 days following the month in which the commissions were accrued, subject to a $25 minimum balance. All commissions are determined based on tracking through CommonSenseLiving. I really try to pay by the 5th of the month. If you are an affiliate in good standing with few returns, I usually pay you faster. That is not contractural - just me being nice ;) Some non-affiliated articles are on the site to keep interesting material available to keep your customers coming back. I do not have the ability to pay commissions for those products, nor any way to track sales. Commissions on CommonSenseLiving products are 50% for sales made through your affiliate link. We reserve the right to cancel your account at any time. CommonSenseLiving is run with the highest ethical standards possible. If you take any action that would tarnish our reputation, you will immediately be terminated. We pride ourselves on providing affiliates a program that they can be proud to represent. We have worked hard to make this a pleasant and fun site to work with. we will not tolerate actions that will hurt the ability of our affilates to earn money ethically.
